About Me
I’m an HR leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations and individuals grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. My background spans Fortune 500 companies, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods, private equity, and small to midsized businesses — giving me a deep understanding of how people, processes, and leadership shape real results.
I hold a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign, a MBA from Baker College, and I'm SPHR (Senior Human Resources Professional) certified. This blend of academic rigor and hands on leadership experience allows me to bring both strategic insight and practical execution to every engagement.
I founded HR Workforce Solutions, LLC to bring strategic, people first HR support to small and mid-sized businesses that deserve more than reactive problem solving. I work alongside your team, not above them, helping employers build strong foundations in compliance, culture, talent, and leadership. My approach is practical, collaborative, and rooted in systems that create stability and long term success, without the cost of a full-time HR leader.
