Candidate Privacy Notice

In short: We use your information only to consider you for jobs. We share it with an employer only after you agree to be presented for that job. We never sell it, and we never charge candidates a fee.

Who We Are

HR Workforce Solutions, LLC (“HRWS”) is an HR consulting firm based in White Pigeon, Michigan. Employers hire us to help fill skilled, professional, management and executive roles. The employer makes all hiring decisions and is the employer of anyone hired.

What We Collect

Your contact details; résumé, work history, education, licenses and skills; job and pay preferences, including what you choose to share about your current compensation; interview notes and work samples; references you authorize; and whether you are authorized to work in the U.S. We may also see information you have made public on professional sites such as LinkedIn.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, birth dates, bank information or protected characteristics, and we never ask for your pay history.

How We Use and Share It

To match you with roles and contact you about them
To present you to an employer, only with your written permission for that specific job
To check references, only with your permission and only if you are a finalist
To support the interview and offer process

A person reviews every candidate; we do not use automated tools to reject candidates. We share information with service providers that help us recruit (such as job boards, email and secure file sharing), and when the law requires. We never sell it.

Confidentiality

Many of the candidates we talk with are employed. We will not contact your current employer, or tell anyone you are looking, without your permission.

How Long We Keep It

At least one year after a search ends, or longer if the law requires. With your permission, we keep your résumé for up to two years to tell you about future roles, and we ask again before presenting you for any other job.

Your Choices

You can ask what information we have, correct it, ask us to stop contacting you, ask us to delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it), or withdraw permission to be presented at any time before an offer.

Protect Yourself From Recruiting Scams

Scammers sometimes pose as recruiters. HRWS will never:

Charge you a fee or ask you to buy equipment or training
Ask for your bank account, Social Security number or ID documents before a written job offer from the employer
Interview you only by text message or chat app
Contact you from an email address that does not end in @hrworkforcesolutions.net
