Most employee relations problems start with a supervisor who was promoted for being great at the job, not for leading people. HRWS training gives your supervisors and managers practical skills they use the next day, taught by an HR leader with 30+ years in manufacturing and operations.
Supervisor Boot Camp
Half day: the essentials for new and developing supervisors: leading former peers, setting expectations and coaching, documentation, the legal basics and keeping good people.
Full day: everything in the half day with more practice, plus harassment and complaints, attendance and leave, safety leadership and difficult conversations.
Both include a tailoring call before the session, a take-home kit and a 30-day follow-up call.
